Merchant Account InformationMerchant Account Information

In order to be able to accept credit cards over the internet, you must apply for an Internet Merchant Bank Account. You can apply through your current bank or through one of the WEBeCORP merchant account partners.

Many banks offer Internet Merchant Accounts, and most Online Transaction Providers will support them. If you are applying through your bank, see your bank for details. Obtaining a merchant account can take anywhere from two days to three weeks.

NOTE: Merchant accounts are not required if you have WEBeCORP incorporate PayPal shopping cart system into your website.
