Expert - The Expert level requires services to be preformed by a webmaster with a high level of expertise. This level most commonly requires longer periods of time to execute the services contracted which include but are not limited to: specialized programming, secure transactions, database integration and/or database services.

Advanced - The Advanced level requires services to be performed by a webmaster with an advanced level of expertise. This level most commonly requires an advanced period of time to execute the services contracted which include but are not limited to: interactive design, interactive production, programming, e-commerce, ASP, XML, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT, VBSCRIPT, Flash Technology, and debugging.

Intermediate - The Intermediate level requires services to be performed by a webmaster with a moderate level of expertise. This level most commonly requires a moderate period of time to execute the services contracted which include but are not limited to: HTML modifications, ASP modifications, DHTML modifications, JAVASCRIPT modifications, and VBSCRIPT modifications.

Basic - The Basic level requires services to be performed by a webmaster with a low level of expertise. This level most commonly requires a shorter period of time to execute the services contracted which include but are not limited to: Text changes or updates.
